This is a great store. Robert is incredibly knowledgeable, and even though we were only purchasing chemical products as we already have the hot tub, he spent the time running us through the options and pro's and con's of each, then provided recommendations. I am really impressed with this company. After calling and visiting several spa companies about getting my hot tub pump/heater replaced I received promises and no follow-up. Wonderful service! We have an older hot tub and the pumps needed to be serviced/replaced. After receiving a quote from another company in town, the company completely disappeared! Was really happy with Nick and the team at California Spas. The jets weren’t working after I refilled and he came out the same day I called and was able to get my hot tub working and functional again that day. It needed a replacement part and they ordered that right away and was back within a few days to replace it. Really appreciated how he kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure everything was working well afterwards. If you want a quick response and a quality job done, call California Spas!
