About Us
The team at California Spas & Leisure have been delivering spas and saunas to homes and institutions since the late 1990s. Our business has changed and our products have changed, but the team that operates this new store bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the region. Our new location in Waterloo is not just a retail store to buy spas and saunas, but a place to support the community with expert advice and a wide range of services and supplies.
We welcome customers from all brands, looking for chemicals and parts supplies or advice, or looking to trade in for something else.
COVID-19 Pandemic
It would be hard for us to not talk about the person that taught us everything – Tom Sampson. Tom was an industry heavyweight and spent years developing his business in London, ON. The California Spas & Leisure team were lucky enough to work side by side with Tom for over 20 years. Tom showed compassion and care for the people around him and treated his staff like family and his customers like friends. He is the inspiration behind what we do and we take everything he taught us and apply it to what we do today. Tom was taken from us April-30th 2021 during COVID. He is missed everyday by the people here, and we think about him each passing moment.
